Section 01

Terms of Use — Acceptance

By accessing or using the TAJ Fundraising website at tajfundraising.com (the “Platform”), or by participating in any TAJ Fundraising program, campaign, or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

These Terms apply to all visitors, donors, campaign participants, scholarship applicants, and anyone else who interacts with the Platform or its programs.

About TAJ Fundraising

TAJ Fundraising is a peer-to-peer fundraising platform operated by TAJ Fundraising Corporation, a Michigan-based for-profit corporation (EIN 42-2831142). We are not a nonprofit organization, charitable foundation, or 501(c)(3) entity. Donations made through the TAJ Fundraising platform are made in support of specific peer-to-peer fundraising campaigns — they are not tax-deductible charitable contributions. Donors should not rely on any statement on this website as tax advice. Please consult a tax professional regarding the deductibility of any contribution.

We support community groups, youth activity leaders, Individuals, Faith-based groups and organizations in raising funds for extracurricular and activity-related costs. Programs currently offered or in development include the TAJ Fundraising Platform (peer-to-peer campaigns), the L.O.V.E. F.U.N.D.S. Scholarship, The Celebration Lounge (rewards for fundraisers), The Departure Lounge (affiliate referrals), and Treasures With Purpose. Not all programs may be active at the time of your visit, and features may change over time.

Michigan Solicitation Disclosure

Important: TAJ Fundraising Corporation is a for-profit professional company incorporated in the State of Michigan. Our fundraising activities are conducted exclusively within the State of Michigan. This Platform is not intended to solicit contributions from residents of any other state. If you are located outside Michigan, please do not make a donation or participate in a campaign through this Platform at this time. We intend to expand to other states in the future and will comply with applicable charitable-solicitation and professional-fundraiser registration requirements before doing so. TAJ Fundraising Corporation is a registered professional fundraiser in the State of Michigan, registered with the Michigan Attorney General’s Charitable Trust Section. Registration does not imply endorsement, approval, or recommendation by the State of Michigan.

Professional Fundraiser Disclosure

Disclosure: TAJ Fundraising Corporation is a registered professional fundraiser in the State of Michigan, registered with the Michigan Attorney General's Charitable Trust Section pursuant to the Michigan Charitable Organizations and Solicitations Act (MCL 400.271 et seq.). Registration does not imply endorsement, approval, or recommendation by the State of Michigan. Questions regarding our registration may be directed to the Michigan Department of Attorney General, Charitable Trust Section.

Section 05

Eligibility & Platform Access

To use the Platform, you must be at least 18 years of age, located in the State of Michigan, and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. Submission of a campaign request or scholarship application does not guarantee approval. TAJ Fundraising retains sole discretion to approve, deny, or discontinue any fundraising campaign or scholarship application for any lawful reason, including but not limited to:

 The campaign or applicant does not meet our eligibility requirements

 Incomplete, inaccurate, or unverifiable information is submitted

 The proposed campaign conflicts with our policies, values, or legal obligations

 Fund availability limitations affect scholarship awards

 The organization or activity has not satisfied applicable waiting period or application frequency requirements

Denial of a campaign request or scholarship application is not a reflection on the character or merit of the individuals involved. We encourage organizations to contact us with questions before submitting if they are unsure whether they qualify.

TAJ Fundraising also reserves the right to suspend or end an active campaign if circumstances arise that make continued operation inconsistent with our policies or legal requirements.

Section 06

Campaign Participation

Approved participants agree to the TAJ Fundraising Campaign Participation Agreement, which is provided and e-signed before a campaign can go live. TAJ Fundraising Corporation does not guarantee any minimum campaign results.

Section 07

L.O.V.E. F.U.N.D.S. Scholarship

The L.O.V.E. F.U.N.D.S. Scholarship (Leaders Of Visions Engaged Finding Unmet Needs are Destined to Succeed) is operated under TAJ Fundraising Corporation. Applications are submitted by activity leaders on behalf of eligible students.

TAJ Fundraising reserves the right to approve or deny any scholarship application at its sole discretion, based on program criteria, available funds, and eligibility requirements. Scholarship availability is not guaranteed and may change. Funds awarded are derived from a portion of campaign donation proceeds; we make no representation that funds will be available in any particular amount or timeline.

Section 08

Donations, Refunds & Tax Status

Tax deductibility: TAJ Fundraising Corporation is a for-profit corporation. Donations made through the Platform are not tax-deductible contributions under the Internal Revenue Code. TAJ Fundraising is not a 501(c)(3) or a tax-exempt nonprofit. Please consult a qualified tax advisor with questions.

All donations made through the TAJ Fundraising platform are final and non-refundable. Because donations are allocated and processed in support of active fundraising campaigns, we are generally unable to reverse completed transactions. If you believe a donation was made in error or have concerns about a transaction, please contact us at [email protected] within 5 business days of the transaction date. We will review each situation individually.

All donations are processed through Stripe, our third-party payment processor, subject to Stripe's own terms and privacy policy. We do not store your full payment card information. Donations are final; refunds are considered case-by-case at our sole discretion and are not guaranteed.

Section 09

Campaign Disbursement

How your donation is used:

TAJ Fundraising operates a peer-to-peer fundraising platform. When you donate to a campaign, your contribution is allocated across three areas:

 The Fundraising Group — A portion of every donation goes directly to the group or activity running the campaign (e.g., a sports team, school club, or youth organization).

 L.O.V.E. F.U.N.D.S. Scholarship — A portion supports the L.O.V.E. F.U.N.D.S. scholarship program, which provides scholarship assistance to students involved in qualified fundraising campaigns.

 TAJ Fundraising Operations — A portion covers platform operating costs, including payment processing fees, donor thank-you gifts, and general business expenses.

Specific allocation percentages vary by donation tier. Full details are provided in the Campaign Participation Agreement issued to each fundraising group before their campaign begins. Donors wishing to review the breakdown for a specific campaign may request it by contacting us. Banking information is collected and verified during onboarding, before a campaign is approved to launch. After a campaign ends, all collected funds enter a mandatory 14-

day holding period, which protects both the organization and TAJ Fundraising against chargebacks and reversals.

Once the hold elapses, we disburse the organization's share by ACH direct bank transfer, typically initiated within 5–10 business days. Most organizations receive their proceeds approximately three weeks after their campaign end date. If a chargeback or reversal occurs during the hold, the disputed amount is deducted before disbursement, and we notify the organization. ACH transfer fees are absorbed by TAJ Fundraising. The exact donation split for your campaign is disclosed in your Campaign Participation Agreement before launch.

Section 10

The Celebration Lounge & Rewards

The Celebration Lounge is our rewards program for campaign fundraisers, and The Departure Lounge rewards affiliate referrals. Reward eligibility, tier thresholds, and specific offerings are subject to change at any time and are described on the relevant program pages.

Rewards are provided through third-party vendors and partners. We do not guarantee the availability of any specific reward and are not responsible for the performance, quality, or terms of third-party providers. Rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash unless explicitly stated. Travel taxes and fees are the traveler's responsibility.

Section 11

Prohibited Conduct

We do not support illegal activities.

TAJ Fundraising does not knowingly facilitate, support, or allow the use of its platform for any purpose that is unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or otherwise prohibited by applicable federal, state, or local law. This includes but is not limited to:

 Campaigns that misrepresent the purpose or beneficiary of fundraising activities

 Use of the platform to collect funds for purposes that violate Michigan or federal law

 Submission of false or misleading information in a campaign or scholarship application

 Any activity that could expose TAJ Fundraising, donors, or participants to legal liability

TAJ Fundraising reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any campaign organizer or user found to be engaging in prohibited activity, and to report such activity to appropriate authorities as required by law.

Section 12

Non-Discrimination

We welcome everyone.

TAJ Fundraising Corporation is committed to providing equal access to our platform and programs for all individuals and organizations. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, ethnicity, religion, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, disability, marital status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.

This policy applies to all aspects of our operations — including campaign approval, platform access, donor interactions, scholarship consideration, and program participation. Any individual or organization that believes they have been treated in a discriminatory manner may contact us at [email protected].

Section 13

Privacy

We collect only what we need to run campaigns, process donations, deliver thank-you gifts, and respond to you — such as your name, contact details, and the information you submit through our forms.

Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your full payment card details. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We may share limited information with service providers (like our payment and rewards partners) strictly to deliver what you've requested. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information at any time through our Contact page.

Section 14

Accessibility

TAJ Fundraising is committed to digital accessibility for people of all abilities. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. We provide text alternatives for images, structure content for screen readers, use clear visible form labels, design for readable color contrast, and keep the site navigable by keyboard.

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. If you encounter a barrier while using our site, please email [email protected] and describe the issue — we'll make reasonable efforts to address it promptly.

Section 15

Limitation of Liability

Please read carefully — this section limits our legal responsibility to you. The Platform and all programs are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, TAJ Fundraising Corporation and its officers, directors, employees, and agents make no warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, any campaign, reward, donation, or scholarship application. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you paid or donated to TAJ Fundraising in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Where jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, they apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Section 16

Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including the TAJ Fundraising name and logo, the L.O.V.E. F.U.N.D.S. name and branding, The Celebration Lounge, The Departure Lounge, Treasures With Purpose, TA Jordan Marketing, the taglines “Together We Win” and “When we come together, everybody wins,” and all website text, graphics, and design — is the property of TAJ Fundraising Corporation and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our prior written consent.

Section 17

Changes, Governing Law & More

Changes to these Terms: We may update these Terms at any time and will update the “Last Revised” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wayne County, Michigan. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions continue in effect.

Force majeure: We are not liable for any failure or delay resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disaster, fire, flood, pandemic, war, civil unrest, government action, or failure of third-party services.

Third-party links: The Platform may link to third-party sites we do not control. We assume no responsibility for their content, privacy policies, or practices.

Section 18

DONOR THANK-YOU GIFTS

Restaurant cash cards and donor incentives.

As a thank-you for participating, donors who contribute at qualifying tiers receive a restaurant cash card gift. These are cash value cards (not discount cards) redeemable at participating restaurants.

 Cards valued above $25 are delivered in installments of $25 per month until the full value is distributed.

 Cards may be used for up to 50% of the food bill per visit at participating locations.

 Card fulfillment is subject to availability and is managed by TAJ Fundraising's incentive partner.

Gift card details, redemption terms, and participating restaurant lists are provided at the time of fulfillment. TAJ Fundraising is not responsible for third party restaurant participation or card availability outside of our control.

Section 19

SERVICE AREA

Michigan residents and organizations only.

At this time, TAJ Fundraising conducts fundraising activities exclusively in the State of Michigan. Campaign organizers must be Michigan-based individuals or organizations. Donors may be located outside of Michigan, but campaigns are organized and operated within Michigan only. TAJ Fundraising does not solicit donations on behalf of organizations located outside of Michigan and does not operate in states other than Michigan at this time.

Program Pilicies

LOVE FUNDS Scholarship

The L.O.V.E. F.U.N.D.S. (Leaders of Visions Engaged Finding Unmet Needs are Destined to Succeed) Scholarship is funded in part by donations made through TAJ Fundraising campaigns. Key program policies include:

 Applications are submitted by activity leaders on behalf of students — students do not apply directly.

 A 6-month waiting period begins after a qualifying campaign is completed before an application may be submitted.

 Each organization may submit one scholarship application per calendar year (subject to review and adjustment at 18–24 months of program operation).

 Scholarship awards are subject to fund availability and eligibility verification.

Full scholarship eligibility criteria and application procedures will be published upon program launch. TAJ Fundraising reserves the right to approve or deny any scholarship application at its sole discretion, based on program criteria, available funds, and eligibility requirements. Scholarship availability is not guaranteed and may change.

Funds awarded are derived from a portion of campaign donation proceeds; we make no representation that funds will be available in any particular amount or timeline.

The Departure Lounge

The departure Lounge is TAJ Fundraising's reward program for referrals. When our affiliates refer their contacts to us and these contacts take action on our website, we reward the affiliates for their referrals.

The Celebration Lounge

The Celebration Lounge is TAJ Fundraising's fundraiser rewards program for adult campaign participants. Reward tiers are based on the total amount of donations each individual participant personally receives during their campaign. Reward options, redemption timelines, and tier thresholds are subject to availability and may change.

Treasures With Purpose

Treasures With Purpose is a resale program under the TAJ Fundraising umbrella. This program is not yet live and will be announced separately when available.

Section 21

Description of our SMS program and messaging use cases

TAJ Fundraising Corporation operates an SMS (text message) program for donors, campaign organizers, scholarship applicants, affiliates, and anyone who asks to hear from us. We send text messages only to people who have given express written consent.

You opt in by entering your mobile number into one of our web forms and ticking an unchecked consent checkbox before submitting. The checkbox is never pre-ticked, and submitting without ticking it means we will not text you. You may also opt in verbally during a scheduled call, in which case we record your consent with the date and time it was given. We never purchase, rent, or import phone number lists.

Messages you may receive include:

• Campaign approval, launch, and status updates

• Onboarding and verification steps needed before a campaign goes live

• Donation confirmations and receipts

• Disbursement notifications when campaign proceeds are released

• L.O.V.E. F.U.N.D.S. Scholarship application updates

• Celebration Lounge and Departure Lounge reward notifications

• Donor thank-you gift and restaurant cash card fulfillment details

• Replies to questions and support requests you have sent us

• Occasional information about TAJ Fundraising programs and offers

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity and the stage of your campaign. You will receive no more than 8 messages per month, and most recipients receive between 2 and 6.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. These charges are set by your mobile carrier and are your responsibility. TAJ Fundraising does not charge you for receiving our messages.

How to opt out — reply STOP

You may cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. We will send one confirmation message and will send no further marketing texts. You may also opt out by emailing [email protected]. Opting out is free and takes effect immediately.

How to get help — reply HELP

Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or email [email protected].

Carrier liability disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier's network availability and is not guaranteed. Our program supports major US carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, US Cellular, Boost, Cricket and Metro by T-Mobile.

Age restriction

You must be at least 18 years of age to consent to receive text messages from TAJ Fundraising.

Consent is not a condition

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of donating, running a campaign, applying for a scholarship, or participating in any TAJ Fundraising program. You may work with us entirely by email if you prefer.

Your mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Information sharing with subcontractors who provide support services on our behalf, such as customer service or message delivery, is permitted.
